HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

For all deliveries, it takes between 4 to 8 days. But due to the high number of orders we received during the last days, delivery can take 8 to 17 days.

WHERE DO WE SHIP AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free shipping to USA for orders above 40$.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER

After each order placed, we send an automatic email confirming the order. If you did not receive our confirmation email, there are two possibilities:

- the email address you gave us is not correct,
- our confirmation email has been considered as SPAM by your mailbox, please check it.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING

The tracking number is sent to you by email and works as soon as your order arrives in the destination country, which corresponds to 7-11 working days. Then you will be able to directly follow the progress of your order byclicking here.

WHICH COMPANY IS IN CHARGE OF DELIVERING MY PURCHASE?

The ordered items will be delivered by your local postal service.

I ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT ITEMS AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM IN THE SAME PACKET, WHY?

We have several warehouses and factories in the PRC, so do not worry if two different items don't arrive at the same time. You will have a tracking number for each of these items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

In case you are not at home, our items will be placed in your mailbox if they are of medium size. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact us as soon as you have noticed the mistake. If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we will take into account the changes regarding your new delivery address. Otherwise, if the order has already been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

IS PAYMENT ON YOUR SITE SECURE?

Our site is completely secure in accordance with current IT security rules. Thus, our website is hosted on a secure server. Indeed, you can see this by viewing the address of our website which is preceded by the word "HTTPS" and not "HTTP" (the letter "S" meaning "Secure"). In addition, a small padlock is located on the left of the URL address, confirming that the connection is secure.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay by credit card directly on our secure website. However, we do not accept payment by cheque, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

HOW DOES IT WORK IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT?

We offer a "satisfied or your money back" guarantee! If, for any reason, the products you ordered do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days after the reception and we pledge to refund you completely as soon as it arrives at our offices. All returned products must be in perfect condition. You will need to take care of the shipping costs. As soon as you have proof of postage for your return, you must send it to us by email.
