Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If this is not the case, Bigoodom should not accept the return.
If customers are not satisifed with a Exfocream product or if a product is damaged, please send us a message with picture (if damaged) to this mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Verification will be processed under 2 days. If the damage or the mistake was caused by Exfocream, full refund or exchange will be applied to customers. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Otherwise no refund or exchange will be allowed to customers if damages were caused by customers.
After 14 days, no refund or exchange will be allowed to customers.
